Average price for an industrial building :

  • RENTAL: from 3 to 7 Euros/ m²/ month (reduced rate according to surface area)
  • PURCHASE: from 700 to 800 Euros/ m² (new)

Positive demography

More and more people are settling in the Alpes de Haute Provence!

Since 2006, the population of the Région Sud Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur has increased by 100,800 inhabitants. Thus it has a total population of 4,916,069.

On average from 2007 to 2014, a progression of 0.6 % of new entrants in the department can be noted, i.e. twice the regional average (+ 0.3 %) and above the national average (+ 0.5 %).

According to Insee projections for 2040, this geographical dynamic should last and even accelerate. The population would thus grow by a quarter in under 30 years.

An attractive regional territory

The Région Sud Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur has a strong power of attraction on the population…

  • 1st French region for the progression of its population (+2 million in 45 years)
  • 13,000 new entrants per year since 2000
  • + 800,000 people forecasted by 2030 (INSEE)
